A prestigious Japanese multinational achieved a groundbreaking milestone in sustainability with the development of their state-of-the-art Ink Manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat. Engineered by SES Engineering Pvt. Ltd., this Greenfield project blends innovation, environmental responsibility, and efficient execution.
Designed to align with the client’s sustainability goals, the facility has proudly earned a Platinum rating from the Indian Green Building Council. Spanning a vast 95,000 sq. meter plot, the first phase covers 45,000 sq. meters, seamlessly integrating world-class engineering with sustainable practices.
SES delivered the project within an impressive timeline, ensuring smooth coordination across multiple disciplines to meet the client’s ambitious schedule. Comprehensive Engineering for a Future-Ready Facility SES provided end-to-end support, starting with meticulous site master planning for a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) facility. The scope included FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and Detailed Engineering for processes and equipment, including high-speed dispersion operations. Piping Design for process and utility systems. Civil, Structural, and Architectural Design for civil areas and pre-engineered buildings (PEBs). Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, and Fire & Safety Systems. Area segregation for PESO and non-PESO zones, along with solvent storage area design. Procurement support and on-site construction management, ensuring quality and compliance.
