Comprehensive Scope of Engagement

SES’s scope of work included updating the existing site master plan and vetting the Process Design Package developed in Japan. The engagement encompassed Extended Basic and Detailed Engineering for critical disciplines such as Process, Equipment Design, Civil and Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Utility Design, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). SES facilitated seamless system integration with the Electrolysis Package, provided robust procurement support, and offered expert construction and commissioning support.

Core Engineering Features

• Integration of advanced engineering systems for the Membrane Cell House.
• Electrical design including 11/3.3 kV transformer sizing for seamless power distribution.
• Comprehensive ISBL (Inside Battery Limits) and OSBL (Outside Battery Limits) engineering, addressing key areas such as the CCU and CF.
